A former chieftain of the All-Progressives Congress, (APC), Galadima Buba, has voiced his grievances against former Governor Nasir el-Rufa’i, accusing him of tarnishing his reputation within the party.
In a video shared on YouTube, Buba said many party members, including himself, were no longer part of the APC due to individuals like el-Rufa’i, who wanted to dominate the party by disparaging others.
Galadima cited el-Rufai’s actions as one of the reasons for his departure from the APC.
He said he previously warned that el-Rufa’i would face consequences for his actions and it is already happening.
Buba alleged that el-Rufa’i worked against the re-election of Senator Shehu Sani and Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi because they refused his loan request.
He further alleged that el-Rufa’i worked for Uba Sani to be a Senator and lobbied for him to be chairman of the Senate committee on finance so that his loan request would be approved; however, Uba Sani who is now Governor of Kaduna State is fighting el-Rufa’i.
In Buba’s words: “El-Rufa’i will pay dearly, because God doesn’t wait for us to die; He is seeing instant judgment. I gave the interview before what has started happening to him in Kaduna, he has seen nothing”.
